1. Return
In the event that a product is received damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After inspecting the issue, if your return request is approved, a refund will be processed within 4 business days.
Refunds are issued only if the product is deemed damaged upon delivery and has not been used or altered.
2. Exchange
If you received a damaged product or one in the wrong size, you can request an exchange. Contact our customer care or email within 4 days of receiving the parcel. We will exchange it for you with any other product of your choice.
